THANKZZZzzzz

in celebration of eating and slaving away in kitchens! dedicated to those of us who aren't afraid to unbutton our pants or move our belt buckles over (or to take them off altogether.) i think the most extreme length i had to go to was when i was wearing this high-waisted skirt (stupid 1950's) and it only had a button closure. so i unbuttoned it and made my family swear to remind me to button it when we got out of the restaurant... but then i couldn't button it because i was full so my dad asked the waitress for a safety pin (they didn't have one.) i ended up nonchalantly holding it shut while i took a walk outside to digest. don't let it happen to you. happy thanksgiving.

like my previous post on people wearing prints of people, funny that you could decorate your kitchen with its likeness (or what one wanted it to be)

i made this drawing at egg last saturday when i had the spankin' awesome chance to meet up with nicole of fashion forestry, her husband pierre, and blogger olivia, who hails from queens!!! we all split a molasses milkshake and agreed that it was pretty much heaven.

  3. Here, here! Feasts come so infrequently, why not let yourself enjoy every last morsel - even if that means having to undo the occasional button.

Wishing you a beautiful Wednesday & festively fantastic December ahead!
